It arrived, the minute hand had fallen off to it was just hanging, but when I prised the plastic front off I was able to stick it back on its seating and adjust it so it was at 12 when the hour hand was at the hour.
So if you have a bit of patience and a screwdriver, this clock is OK.
Just remember it's a nine dollar clock, and don't expect too much...
